Dr. Susan packer is the last person you want to see if your sick or hurt. She is incompetent in her job. Rude. You will leave feeling victimized by her attitude. I’m not exaggerating about this let her be you absolute last resort. She belittled me and made me feel bad for even being there. I will never return to Flourtown urgent care ever again. Ever!!!
Went in for a cut that needed stiches. The doctors and nurses were all very courteous. Was in and out in about an hour. I will go here again if needed.
Horribly incompetent not worth the co pay or time
I can't believe I'm trying to voice a complaint and the first review I see is a negative report on Susan Parker; I couldn't agree more with the previous review; it almost takes the words right out of my mouth but I'll be more specific; I've had flu like symptoms for well over a week and I'm well aware of the difference between a viral infection and a bacterial infection which might require an antibiotic; I seldom see a doctor and will fight an illness on my own for at least a week or more before requesting medical assistance but Susan had the predisposition that I had a viral infection and nothing more despite every possible symptom that would indicate otherwise; what complicated matters is during this illness I cracked a tooth on the upper left side which had to be removed because it was infected; my dentist said I had a bacterial infection but because I also had prior flu like symptoms, she felt it would be best for me to see a general physician and have them prescribe whatever medication might be necessary instead of herself; Susan took my $85 but prescribed nothing and just sent me away with the promise that if I didn't get any better within a few days, I could visit her again "free of charge" and then perhaps she might prescribe something (like my time and inconvenience wasn't important); why? - if my dentist didn't prescribe anything, why should she!? - when I contacted my dentist and explained what had happened, she was appalled and immediately prescribed an antibiotic; I hope to get better soon but I must say Susan has the worst bed side manner I've ever had the displeasure to experience; sorry to say...
I came here after fighting a fever for 4 days. I was taken in right away because only one other person was waiting before me. Dr. Nino let me explain my symptoms, how I'm feeling. She gave me a overview check up and ordered a quick lab test before prescribing me an antibiotic. Though the lab came back negative to what she thought I had, I've been fever free for about 24 hours now, after 6 days with a fever. I feel physically drained from whatever I do/did have, but I'm glad I came here for initial medical evaluation.
