Movie and facility quality are both above average. I've seen at least half a dozen movies here and they have been, overall, positive experiences. Ticket prices are reasonable and the food selection and price is ok, but not great. Not many "healthy" choices.
Seats are fine. Last two trips food service was awful. Today we ordered 5 meals, 1 had a waffle that doubled as a hockey puck, 1 was missing 2 items, which I had to ask 3 times to get (took over 20 minutes), the last one came 20+ minutes after the others, and when we pressed the button for help, the server told us she knew nothing about our order, and then we waited several more minutes to get our food. It's a joke. When the manager (who did take off 1/2 our bill) spoke with me, his answer was "well we were busy". Who gives a s---? It's your job to prepare simple food in a short period of time and get the order right. If being busy affects you, stop serving food. Never ordering food there again.
My only complaint is the service, which has been 50/50. Some showings, the servers are excellent and others they are no where to be found and don't bring requested items like napkins for a long time.
While the seats are comfortable and the movie looked good, I can get the same thing at other theaters and possibly for a lower ticket price. We bought tickets for this theater so that at food could enjoy breakfast and a movie. Well, the movie started promptly. I wish I could say the service was prompt too. We intentionally arrived at our seats 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and ordered 20 minutes before. Our food didn't arrive until after the opening credits (which was now 45 minutes after we ordered) and after several people that ordered after us received their food. It was difficult to try to eat in the dark and I think I missed a few small bits of the movie as a result. Plus the scrambled eggs weren't good. I'm not sure how you screw up scrambled eggs, but they did. They were dry and hard... probably because my food sat in the kitchen for 30 minutes. If you go to a movie here, don't order food. Then you just have to deal with the servers walking in front of you during the important scenes in the movie.
We actually didn’t get a chance to see the movie because we ended up at the wrong theater. However, Steven was the epitome of customer service trying to find all 9 of us (7 kids and 2 adults) a seat at the movie we were supposed to be watching at another movie theater. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We were most appreciative!!! Thank you!!
Is nice, love the confy chairs. But food not good. The guacamole was dry n no taste at all. Was not worth the money. And frozen lemonade didn't even taste like lemon. Either than that... I like the convenience of ordering food or drinks. Great concept just poor food quality. Needs an improvement ASAP!!!@
